For your convenience we accept cash, personal/business checks, and all major credit cards. We are also contracted with CareCredit, a third-party financing company, that offers 6 and 12 months interest free upon approval. We would be happy to supply you with their contact information, or in some cases even help you apply. If you are already familiar with CareCredit, and intend to use an existing account, please have all the appropriate IDs ready. Per our contract with them, we support and abide by their terms of usage.
We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We file insurance as a courtesy to our patients. Most insurance companies will respond to claim processing within four to six weeks. Upon receipt from your insurance, any remaining balances or overages will be processed and sent to you with a copy of your explanation from insurance. Any remaining balances are your responsibility. In addition, we will send a monthly statement. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
If an account goes over 30 days a finance charge of 2% per month is added to the unpaid balance. To prevent this type of action, or sending the account to collection and/or an attorney, we would like to work with you arranging a payment option.
