To ensure the safety of all our patients and staff, here are some precautions we are taking, in addition to our regular OSHA and CDC standards of disinfection.
All patients are being screened at the time of scheduling and when confirming appointments. We are requesting patients to reschedule or postpone their appointments if a household member or people who they have been in contact with:
1. Are or have been recently sick, have a fever, a cough or
shortness of breath in the last 4 weeks. We welcome patients to call and talk to us if they are uncertain.
2. Have traveled/flown in the last 4 weeks
3. Have been exposed to anyone or tested positive themselves to COVID- 19.
In additions to OSHA and CDC guidelines, we routinely disinfect areas of patient contact and require masks, and immediate use of hand sanitizer or hand wash upon arrival. We also welcome patients to call us from their cell phones upon arrival and remain in their cars until their treatment room is available to avoid the waiting room. Our paperwork is now all done online on our patient portal (first link can be found next to our phone number above). You will be verbally given or text an individual access key (like a password) once we have encrypted your chart for your security. If you do not have a digital device to complete this on, we will supply you with one in the office when you check in to your appointment. We also kindly ask patients to limit accompanying guests to one adult only and request no non-patient children/adolescents to be brought into the office. These are unique times that call us to take unique increased efforts to protect individuals and our community.
Thank you for your understanding and patience! Please be safe!
